About the Event:

In a world where social media play an important part of our daily lives, we have all become our own brands. Everything that we say and do on social media reflects on our personal brand. Everything you Like, Share, Comment on, Retweet and people/organizations that you follow expresses something about you. Depending on how you use social media this can both shed a positive or negative light on your personal brand when you are trying to build your career.

At our second Leadership Series event this year, our speaker Guisselle Nuñez, National Advisor with University of Phoenix’s Workforce Solutions, will share best practices on how you can leverage the use of social media to improve your personal brand, and social media use you should try to avoid.


PLUS: We will also have a photographer present that will take your professional picture that you can use to promote your personal brand!


About the Speaker:

Guisselle Nuñez is a National Advisor with University of Phoenix’s Workforce Solutions.  She is also co-owner of Mundi Travel, American Express Travel, a 25+ year-old family owned, travel agency and of Presencia, LLC, an Integrated Marketing Consulting firm for businesses.

Guisselle has been an Associate Faculty member with the University of Phoenix, Bay Area campus, since 2011.  In 2012, she was recognized as “Rookie, Faculty of the Year.” She teaches undergraduate and graduate marketing courses.

Guisselle has a B.A. Degree from Santa Clara University in History and Italian and a M.S. Degree from Golden Gate University in Integrated Marketing Communications.  Guisselle’s career leadership includes community relations, marketing communications strategy, business development and administrative management.
