ALPFA San Francisco is proud to announce our partnership with the Kaiser Permanente Northern California Child Health Program (CHP) and the Kaiser Permanente Latino Association (KPLA).
ALPFA SF wants to support affordable health coverage for all children by providing health insurance at a low or no cost at all to children eligible for the CHP. Even after the Affordable Care Act is implemented this year, it is estimated there will be more than 26 million people left uninsured – many of them children. Northern California has experienced membership loss in the Child Health Program because families have not taken advantage of applying.
We need your support to help us reach children to sign up for affordable health coverage through the Kaiser Permanente Northern California Child Health Program (CHP).
How you can help:
Attend the CHP Training on November 8th, 2014.
This training will teach you how to complete the two applications for children who meet the requirements for the CHP.
Date: November 8
Time: 10 AM – 12 PM
Where: Univision Offices, 50 Fremont St, Floor 41 San Francisco, CA 94105.
