Welcome to ALPFA San Francisco, the premiere Bay Area organization for Latino professionals!
For over 18 years, we have been working with several business partners and community leaders in the Bay Area to empower Latinos to reach their leadership potential. Through our different programs we strive to develop a community of Latino business leaders that can serve as role models for generations to come.
As the president of the SF Chapter, I encourage you to join us in our efforts of building Latino business leaders that can make a difference in this country. Join our workshop, presented by Charles Schwab, designed to help you identify the patterns in your life that lead to success and teach you how to apply them to maximize what you do best.
The curriculum is based on the #1 Wall Street Journal and #1 BusinessWeek bestseller "StrengthsFinder 2.0" by Tom Rath.
At the end of the workshop all participants will receive a copy of the book with a unique access code to take the online assessment.

ALPFA in partnership with SHPE, NHORA and CHISPA hosted the Platino Leadership Award event to honor leaders for their outstanding service to the Latino Community.
Award winners were recognized at the Blue Carpet event hosted by Jose Cuervo.
